Coextrusion plant for calibrated tubes up to 3 layers
This coextrusion plant produces:
- calibrated rigid tubes up to 3 layers
- calibrated tubes in soft material up to 3 layers
- monolayer tubes with one or more lines (for example radiopaque lines) with outer Ø from 6 mm up to 26 mm.
The plant, which consists in 3 coextruders, has a production which may change from a minimum of 3 kg/h up to nearly 90 kg depending on the type of extruder in its dotation (equipment).
The extruders can have a screw diameter of 25 - 30 - 35 mm.
This coextrusion line can be used for the following production:
- medical tubes
- tubes for petrol (gasoline)
- tubes for water in PP with glue and oxygen barrier, etc.
The plant is composed by 3 coextruders with control cabinets, one coextrusion head, one calibration unit under vacuum with cooling system and one haul-off.
The plant can be completed with a supervision syst1em and a diameter control gauge.
NOTE: On request we can supply a PC system to time the production in meters, waste of material, prices of raw material, selling price of material, profit, etc.
