We have realised a solid structure in stainless steel able to contain to a minimum the mechanical clearances and the vibrations bound to the calibration under high vacuum. The calibration unit can be regulated with precision by hand, vertically, horizontally and longitudinally in order to allow a perfect connection with the extrusion axe.
The closed circuit cooling system has been realised in order to allow an excellent water temperature regulation. The used water pump assures a perfect stabbility of the vacuum degree and the circuit allows a fine regulation and an exact control of the depression value to assure the tube's diameter precision and the quality of the extruded product. This calibration unit has been designed for the calibration of tubes with diameters between 0.4 and 6mm (other dimensions on request) in rigid and soft materials.

Calibrating unit L=2500
This calibration unit has been designed for the calibration of tubes with diameters between 4 and 30 mm (other dimensions on request) in rigid and soft materials.
We have realised a solid structure in electro-welded steel, able to reduce the mechanical movements to the minimum, as well as the vibrations bound to the calibration under high vacuum.
The calibration bath can be vertically and longitudinally adjusted with precision by means of electric jacks and transversally adjusted in manual way, in order to assure a perfect coincidence with the extrusion axe.
The cooling system with closed circuit has been realised in order to allow a very good constancy of the water temperature.
The vacuum pump used, assures an excellent stability of the vacuum degree and the circuit allows a fine regulation and an exact control of the depression value, to guarantee the precision of the diameter of the tube as well as the quality of the extruded product.
