Haul-off 250x25



The new haul-off 250x25 for "capillary" micro-tubes with high speed, enables to trail micro-tubes, filaments, tubular profiles with walls of few tenths of millimetre and any extruded micro-element in plastic material with section lower than 9 mm².

The surface of the belts in contact with the micro-tube are closed by mechanical parts with a highly sensitive pneumatic regulation, avoiding to deform the micro-tube, erasing deflection- and breaking-problems of the micro-tube during the hauling process.

This haul-off, unique in its kind, is extremely compact, simple to be used and is very secure to maintain intact (undamaged) the extruders which are particularly delicate in their structure.

Haul-off 400x70



The haul-off consists of one bearing support and of a belt pulling unit. The working height of the belts can be manually regulated (optional motorised). The movement of the 2 belts is given from D.C. motor with tachometer, by means of a reduction gear VSF and two universal joints for the transmission. The motor is highly oversize in order to grant the maximum precision already starting from the lowest speed until the 140 m/min. The lower belt is fixed at the machine's structure, while the upper belt has the possibility to lift up and swing, creating in this way a phenomenon of self-closing, proportional to the pulling force. The closing force made from the upper belt is pneumatically adjustable. By means of two pressure regulators it is possible to change the closing and opening pressure of the upper belt. Having the possibility to adjust the down-grade pressure and the rise back pressure of the upper belt, it is possible to pull tubes or profiles with very thin walls, avoiding that these get deformed under the same belt.

Haul-Off 675x70U

The motor is highly oversize in order to grant the maximum precision already starting from the lowest speed until the 160 m/min. The upper belt is fixed at the machine's structure, while the lower belt has the possibility to be adjust about ±20mm. The closing force made from the upper belt is pneumatically adjustable. By means of pressure regulators it is possible to change the closing and opening pressure of the upper belt. The working heigt can be adjust at 1050 ±30mm.
